Warm Up:
Worlds Greatest Stretch with a Down Dog - 1 minute

Knee Tucks - 30 seconds

Reverse Lunge Twists - 30 seconds

Workout Protocol
3 rounds
Hammer Curls - 15-20 reps or a 1-min AMRAP

Dumbbell Snatches - 12-15 reps

Tricep Kickbacks - 12-15 reps
